He rose from Sales Representative to Vice President, managing sales, customer service and retention operations for California Casualty and its subsidiary Ohio Casualty. He was instrumental in bringing operations in-house to improve cost efficiency by servicing auto and home insurance policies previously outsourced.

Ziemke’s experience in insurance proved invaluable when he joined Gulf Coast in 2000 to lead the company’s sales operations. He has ensured that relationships between partners are operated with honesty and integrity while expanding their exploration and development activities to other areas. The company has grown exponentially, acquiring thousands of acres in active producing areas earmarked for development with Joint Ventures and expanding exploration and development activities to other proven oil and gas plays throughout the country.
