career, with notable positions at companies like Esso (now Exxon Mobil
Corporation) and the Itaipu Hydroelectric Power Plant. However, his true
entrepreneurial journey began in 1990 when he founded Minauro, a company
specializing in computer leasing and maintenance. This venture marked the
beginning of Jacobovicz’s foray into the technology sector, and he quickly
became a trailblazer in the field. 

Over the years, Jacobovicz’s ventures and investments have
focused on technology, telecommunications, and construction. He founded
Horizons Telecom, a telecommunications operator catering to the corporate
market, which grew to become one of Brazil’s leading providers. The company’s
100% fiber-optic network and cutting-edge infrastructure  set new standards in
the industry. 

Driven by his passion for technology and innovation,
Jacobovicz recently founded Arlequim Technologies. The company aims to  enhance
the computational performance of outdated equipment, offering cost-effective
