The fast-food chain recently launched a smart rewards campaign that combines several customer loyalty rewards to give repeat and long-term customers more for their buck. According to an end of 2022 survey, this restaurant chain has been named the fastest growing app designed just for these types of businesses.

This innovative new app, for Zaxby’s, has put the chain on the map with other notable fast-food favorites like Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, Dunkin’, Starbucks and Panera Bread among many other customer favorites. Like Panera Bread, that realized the benefits of rewarding their favorite customers and launched a successful free-drinks campaign, Zaxby’s has also doubled down on its already existing and fantastic customer rewards programs – Zax Rewardz. They have done this by increasing the size and ease of their new customer welcome meal reward.

Almost every other food chain has had to cut corners and that unfortunately includes their reward offerings. On the other hand, the iconic food chain believes that by rewarding their truest customers that frequent their franchises regularly, they gain eventually with more sales and larger orders. The new launch of its restaurant app has made ordering their favorite foods easier and faster.

One of the best parts, of using this app, is that Zaxby’s has noted a sizeable increase in the number of active customers. In fact, these customers have more than doubled in numbers, and this is truly unheard of in these more difficult financial and economic times.

Loyal customers that use restaurant apps tend to be the ones who rate the establishments honestly. The chain stated that they have now obtained consistent ratings of 4.7 across the boards in their new app store site.
