Randy Douthit
Randy Douthit is an associate producer on ‘Judge Judy’. He oversees the production team and helps to run the day-to-day operations of the show. Before Judge Judy, Randy worked as a production coordinator for ‘The Insider’, a segment producer for ‘Access Hollywood, and an associate producer for ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’. Randy also serves as an executive producer on ‘Judge Faith’, another popular court show on CBS. We spoke with Randy about his experiences working on two top-rated court shows. Randy Douthit started as the host of ‘The Insider’, a series that aired on ABC. He had been a court reporter for several years when he was hired as an associate producer for ‘The Insider’. Randy has also worked as an associate producer on various other shows and has even been a judge himself. Randy has also had a long career in broadcast journalism, working for national networks such as NBC and CBS.

Randy has always been a person driven and wants to be successful. His passion for the job has led to him being able to compete for it, work hard and play by the rules. Randy is a very good person to work with and is always willing to help. He even went on a date with his girlfriend when he was in prison for another crime. Randy has also been able to be very professional in the workplace, making sure that he is doing everything correctly. Randy says that he is a very driven person. He says that he has no fear of failure and believes in what he does. Randy says that he is very dedicated to his work, and likes to think about the things he is doing for the show.
