We are a race that does what they want, when they want, and has little regard for the environment in which we live and exist every day. That being said, there are plenty of people that are working to help change the way that we as humans, interact with the environment in which we live. The Colcom Foundation works to help ensure that we are given not only the tools to help protect our planet, but also helps us to collect and use the information that we have to figure out what went wrong, and what we can do to help.

The Colcom Foundation is a progressive group that was started in 1996 that focuses on how we as humans are destroying our environment and not doing our part to protect the planet that we are living on. The next mass extinction event has long been predicted to be humans and our destructive nature toward our planet. Our planet is very resilient, but it is not finite and can become very damaged to the point that it is not going to recover.

The Colcom Foundation works to provide those that inquire with the information that they need to make a difference and to truly try to figure out how they can make differences in the world that we live in. They provide grants, education, and the tools needed to truly make a difference and start to repair our relationship with the environment around us.

Colcom Foundation supports several special programs, including the Conservation Catalyst Fund, which grants conservation organizations working to protect threatened species and habitats. By offering financial support and resources, this foundation allows these groups to make significant strides in conservation efforts.

It is our job as people to make a difference in the place that we live and to truly work to try and keep our planet in good enough shape that we can keep living here and that we can keep our planet healthy for future generations.
