Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC) has appointed Gretchen Robinson as vice president and general counsel. Ms. Robinson will oversee RIOC’s organizational needs and enact policies necessary to advance the organization’s mission.

RIOC is the operating corporation of Roosevelt Island, a self-governed island in New York City. Roosevelt Island’s infrastructure systems include power, water, sewer, and transportation. RIOC also oversees private development on the island and manages the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC) Fund, which is used for the benefit of all island residents.
