Company History

Aurea Multi Family Group was founded in 2010 by Aurea Holding s.r.l. and Aurea Investimenti s.r.l., launching the company’s first development project at Civita Vecchia near Rome, Italy which consisted of a 51-story tower and 310 apartments. These properties were sold to investors without construction starting in the fall of 2010, according to the Associated Press, as soon as they were advertised for sale by Aurea Holding s.r.l..

In 2012, Aurea Multi-family group developed Aurea Green Park, a complex of around 160 homes in a converted into a residential building from an old factory, the newspaper “The Telegraph” reported. They are located between Rome and Tuscany.

In 2014, Raffaele Riva began working in New York on several projects. Raffaele and his wife were featured on the cover of FORBES magazine’s italian edition in May 2015 for running Aurea Multi-family Group.

In 2016, the company invested in properties with The Related Companies and Boston Properties in Connecticut according to CNN Money.

Projects

In January 2017, Aurea Multi-family group launched their first project in the United States, The Roosevelt on Roosevelt Island in New York City.
