Randy Douthit, a co-founder of the company W3i and the founder and president of JotForm, is an American entrepreneur who has been living in Silicon Valley for nearly 30 years. He enjoys a reputation as one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. Douthit is also known for his strong work ethic, which he attributes to growing up on a farm in Texas where hard work was demanded and respected.

In 1995, Randy co-founded W3i. They were a leading software developer for the United States Navy’s F-14 fighter planes.
