Tanner Winterhof: Business and Agriculture

Tanner Winterhof is a well-known, reliable and successful businessman with an interest and involvement in agriculture. He spent his childhood on a farm in Northwest Iowa and learned a great deal about agriculture and current farming practices. He decided to continue his education and went on to earn his degree in Business Administration and Financial Services. 

 

During and after his college career, he was involved with the Iowa Bankers Association’s Ag Credit School and Commercial Credit School, where he was able to combine his love of agriculture and business together. Tanner Winterhof was also a member of the Ames Chamber, Leadership Ames Class XXX. 

 

Since Tanner Winterhof grew up on a farm, he knows how farmers use technology and innovative farming practices within their own job. He works hard to ensure that farmers have the very best technology and equipment needed to ensure high crop yields and productive seasons. He has worked to ensure that agriculture techniques focus on precision to aid farmers.

Some of the most notable techniques include GPS, drones and data analytics. To help give back to the community of farmers and highlight new innovations, Tanner Winterhof has worked as an organizer, partner and co-host of the Farm4Profit Podcast. 

 

This podcast gives him a chance to connect with other farmers and share his experiences. He reaches farmers all over the world and has new listeners join his podcast each episode. Led by Tanner Winterhof, the podcast has over nine million Youtube views and additional views and downloads on other platforms which are used worldwide.
