In a recent announcement, they confirmed that instead of reining in their rewards program, they are actually extending it. One piece of this program is a free welcome meal to anyone who downloads their app and completes registration. The meal consists of their famous Chicken Fingerz, as well as Crinkle Fries, Texas Toast, and a small drink.

Not only does Zaxby’s offer a free meal to its registered app users, but they have frequent “special days” such as those where they offer free delivery. Every dollar that a customer spends on the app gains them 10 points. After a set accrual amount, these points can be redeemed for free food or money off certain menu items. It’s a deal that really can’t be beaten.

The Zaxby’s rewards program has also been credited with providing a huge boost to the restaurant’s app. Industry statistics point to a 317% increase in app downloads over the previous year and those numbers show no signs of slowing down.

Many current users of Zaxby’s app state that they truly appreciate how easy it is to redeem the rewards that they have earned, instead of making them jump through hoops like so many other fast food restaurant chains require. Zaxby’s has over 900 restaurants in the United States and is located in 17 states nationwide. If you have not yet had the chance to dine at one of their establishments, make sure to do so the next time you see one on your travels. If customer satisfaction surveys are anything to go by, you definitely won’t be disappointed.
